TANGO? TANGO! association from Lille was born in 1991 with the project to share the pleasures (...)
Alessia Lyndin
She was formed to various dance technics nearby well known European and Japanese Masters such as Mark Wilson - dancetheatre, Raffaella Giordano (“Sosta Palmizi”) - contemporary dance & improvisation, Charlotte Zerbey (“Company Blu”) - contact dance, Mitsuru Sasaki - Butoh, Prisca Picano - classic, Valentina Ganibalova - classic (Kirov first dancer), Carolyn Carlson - contemporary dance. In addition, Alexija studied at “Wuppertal Tanztheatre” of Pina Bausch with Janette Panetta - classic. She created her own performances and also danced for other producers and/or choreographers such as Susanne Linke and Ismael Ivo. In parallel she studied Brazilian, African and Oriental dances and continued her research on body conscious through Pilates technic (FIF instructor diploma) and Yoga (Hatha and Ashtanga), which she practices and teaches since many years, as well as dance improvisation for children ,and basic technic and “Spiral Body” for adults. Her meeting with Argentinian Tango, through contact dance, quickly becomes her greater passion. Elegant and resoluted dancer, she decided to settle down in Paris and work with Thierry Le Cocq with whom she intervenes during regular classes and European workshops and Festivals (Crimea, France, Czeck Republic, Italy, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland…). Together they form on the dance floor a remarkable couple of dancers of a delightfull and emotionnal scenic presence and, in addition, a complete teaching couple on the technical aspects as well as on necessary and useful body consciousness for the learning of this moving art. This body conscience, Alessia Lyndin practice and teach it through a full emergence technique based on the convergence of various methods among which PILATES and GROUND BAR, known as dancers training basics and ASHTANGA YOGA, which develops all the advantages of the yoga whose postures (asanas) are carried out in dynamics. These classes aim to give a invigorated and definite musculation in order to ensure a perfect posture thanks to a work on the major musculature of the abdominal belt, perinee and spinal column (lumbars). The exercises are studied to give balance, force, alignment and flexibility. The practice requests breathing and asks for concentration and precision. This new technique knows a particular success in the world of the Argentinian tango under the name of TANGOLATES. These classes are largely appreciated by the dancers who plebiscite it.
